Samui is full of relaxing places and one of them is the Samui Paradise Park which is located on Samui’s highest mountain, Khao Pom which is within a tropical rain forest, in Tailing Ngam sub-district.

The paradise park is a great place to visit because while Thailand can be very hot and humid, the park is always cool and since it was a bird originally, it is a home for Molly and Mommaen, the two parrots that can talk to visitors in both English and Thai and they are very popular with children who love to have their pictures taken with these beautiful and colorful birds.

The friendly park tour guides who also live on the farm with all the other farm staff, will take you on a tour, giving you information, habits and unique characteristics of all the animals and what type of food they feed the animals and see you will be there during the day when the animals are all out, you can pet and feed them and after all the activities, you can also have lunch at the paradise park restaurant which serves Thai and European foods with a fantastic mountain view.

This is the best place to be on the island if you are interested in watching the sunset while having a drink and with the knowledge of the animals surrounding you and before you leave, you can buy souvenirs in the restaurant where you can also buy a range of exotic plants and flowers.
